Because all Virello products are made to order, all sales are considered final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect sizing, change of mind, or buyer error.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we will gladly assist.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of:

Once reviewed and approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Order Accuracy
Please carefully review all order details — including product type, size, device model, and shipping address — before placing your order. Because items are custom made, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once production begins.
