Orders are typically processed and sent to production within 2–3 business days.
Because each item is made to order, fulfillment times may vary slightly depending on product type and seasonal demand.

🚚 Shipping Time

Once production is complete, orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days for most U.S. destinations.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to location, carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods.

🌍 Shipping Regions

Virello primarily ships within the United States. International delivery availability may vary depending on the sales channel or marketplace used.

✉️ Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

📭 Delivery Issues

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please check with your local carrier or neighbors first.

While we are not responsible for carrier delays or packages marked as delivered by the shipping provider, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.

If an incorrect address is entered at checkout, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once production begins.
